A spacious congress centre with a total area of 28k m2 is a building decorated in the oriental style with large panoramic windows around the perimeter. Its high-tech venue equipped with modern hardware is designed for hosting congresses, conferences, symposiums, exhibitions, presentations, shows, and banquets. All guests can enjoy spacious areas, stylish decorations, and experienced staff service. The Congress Center is surrounded by the best hotels of Samarkand — Samarkand Regency Amir Temur and Silk Road by Minyoun — and thus can hold even international events.

The Congress Center offers 12 conference halls and meeting rooms bearing the names of precious and semi-precious stones which were highly valued at the time of the Great Silk Road age. It is also possible to organize coffee breaks and stand-up buffets near the halls.
