The pride of the all-season Buyuk Samarkand restaurant is the majestic 8-meter-high columns. Its chefs use local products that have absorbed the bright sun and fresh air. The menu is primarily represented by Uzbek specialties and traditional oriental recipes. Most ingredients are supplied from Uzbekistan to preserve authentic taste and follow cooking technology. The interior design was developed by Bobur Ismailov. His main challenge was to create a modern space and highlight its individuality. It is a good place for holding banquets in the national Uzbek style.
